Church Planting
We seek to prayerfully and out of need plant our own Churches around the globe and as a community we believe that apart from reaching out to people, we also get an opportunity to model out what we strife to achieve through our training programmes.
Biblical Training
Mobilizing pastors and Church leaders for basic Bible training help to equip them so as to serve God with knowledge and understanding. This forms the core of our program mes. ‘Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.’’ (2 Timothy 2:15 NIV)
Leadership Development
Most of the Churches especially in Africa tend to have less concern to developing credible structures for their Churches and this void has left the Church heart and to close the gab we give high premium to training the pastors and Church leaders on leadership and management. We do this through summits, seminars and other pragmatic and contextual methods.
Peace Building
The society is volatile and highly exposed to things that jeopardize the shalom of the society, therefore when such events happens REM can within its capacity help to foster peace. " Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God." (2 Corithians 5:17-20)
Gifts Development
This programme focuses on the young people and it seeks to help them discover, utilize and develop their gifts and talents. Through this they get to know their purpose in life, identity and the confidence they need to explore and navigate life.
Receiving, Training and Sending out Missionaries
WWe seek to obey the words of Christ when he told us in John 20:21 (NIV) Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” We give the mission mandate a holistic approach, this means for example that we commission those who wants to serve God as teachers, health workers.
